All our beers are brewed with organic malts and allowed to mature naturally.
All Dutch heritage and brewed in the Netherlands.

We serve both bottles and kegs with our beers.
A sessionable fragrant India Pale Ale (6% ABV) brewed with organic barley malt and hops from England and California. Some hoppy bitterness and floral tones of green tea, jasmine and citrus. Unlike your typical American IPA we chose to develop a smoother, malty finish to maintain a full body at low ABV.
A spiced ale (5% ABV) brewed with real flowers, fresh ginger and coriander seeds. We might be the only brewer in the world making a beer with Carqueja (which in English goes by the non-descriptive “mountain tea”). This bitter herb replaces part of the hop bill and it is good for you. It’s packed with antioxidants and its medicinal properties include blood cleansing and improved liver health.
This double IPA (9% ABV, 75 IBU) was our tribute to the hop varieties grown in the northwestern United States and in northwest Europe. A hop bomb with subtle spicy aromas from HALLERTAU, black pepper and licorice from COLUMBUS and lots of tropical fruits from CITRA and SIMCOE...passionfruit, citrus, grapefruit, melon and lychee. Our strongest beer, packed with flavor without being heavy. Limited availability (winter 15/16 brew).
